I am psychoanalytically trained although i don't work like a psychoanalyst. But I firmly believe that our childhood experiences color how we relate to others, especially those close to us, for the rest of our lives. So, I rejoice in helping my couples discover (often joyfully!) through Imago what they bring to the relationship from their past and what is contributing negatively and what is contributing positively. My office is a 250 year old log cabin with a working fireplace which helps create a relaxed environment in which to do our work together.
