My clinical training is in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University. I'm trained as a nationally certified addiction's counselor and Certified Imago Relationship Therapist & Certified Imago Parent Coach. I weave the strands of addiction's recovery, relational healing and contemplative practice into my work tailored to open hearts riddled with lack and heal collective trauma.
