Using Imago Therapy and other evidence-based approaches, I guide clients in learning practical skills for safer, more meaningful conversations. Communication and deep listening are not simply innate traits.  They are skills that can be developed with support and practice.

Because we are wounded in relationship, we can also be healed in relationship. In our work together, you’ll learn how to respond rather than react, listen with greater understanding, and create more supportive relationship patterns that allow each person to feel seen and heard.
