Joy, validation, appreciation, and eroticism are among the states I intentionally cultivate at Harvey Center for Relationships, the couples counseling center I operate with my husband, Duane Harvey, near the beaches of Santa Monica.

I am a certified Imago Relationship Therapist, AASECT-certified sex therapist, and Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, specializing in helping couples and individuals create sustaining, meaningful, and passionate bonds.

Imago Relationship Therapy provides a powerful framework for healing relational wounds, improving communication, and deepening emotional and erotic intimacy. As a sex therapist, I work with both couples and individuals navigating discrepancies in desire, low libido, and other sexual challenges that can erode confidence, connection, and aliveness over time.

Drawing on my training in Kundalini yoga and meditation, I also offer nervous-system regulation and stress-reduction practices that support emotional safety, embodiment, and resilience. My approach uniquely integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with mind-body practices, helping couples and individuals not only interrupt negative patterns, but grow from them.

Many couples leave the first session feeling more hopeful, connected, and positively engaged with one another.
