About Rachael…
As a certified Imago Relationship Therapist, working with couples and other types of relationships in Texas, I help individuals and couples move from disconnection and conflict into deeper understanding, healing, and connection. Whether you’re navigating communication challenges, recovering from betrayal, or simply longing to feel closer to your partner, I offer a safe and compassionate space for exploration and growth.
My work is grounded in the belief that our relationships have the power to be both our greatest source of pain and our deepest path to healing. I help clients identify the unconscious patterns that keep them stuck and guide them in developing new ways of relating—with empathy, presence, and intention. Together, we work to transform reactive cycles into conscious connection.
In addition to Imago, I draw on a range of integrative approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, expressive arts, and mindfulness. My goal is to support you in reconnecting not only with your partner, but with your truest self.
