I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples in their healing and growth. My work began in North Carolina and has continued in South Carolina, where I now lead a group practice while maintaining a focused caseload.
My work is increasingly centered on helping couples deepen connection, improve communication, and move through conflict with greater understanding and intention. I strive to create a safe, attuned environment where both partners feel seen and heard.
My work is grounded in Imago Relationship Therapy and the understanding that meaningful healing occurs when both partners feel seen, heard, and valued.
I have a background and training in trauma-informed and skills-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which inform my work by supporting emotional regulation and deeper processing when needed.
I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and ally, and I am committed to creating a space where all individuals and couples feel safe, respected, and fully seen.
