A Certified Imago Relationship Therapist is a licensed mental health professional trained in the Imago model to work with couples and individuals, using Imago techniques to foster deeper connection, empathy, and effective communication. This certification involves intensive coursework, supervised clinical practice, and mastery of Imago dialogue to support relational healing in clinical settings.

I work with individuals and couples in my 20-year practice as a clinical psychologist. I have been certified in Imago for 15 years, having been part of an ongoing consultation group throughout. I am also a Certified Imago Consultant and a lead monthly consultation group for other Imago therapists.
Marriage preparation is a particular specialty in my practice. I have worked with over 1,500 couples preparing to marry, primarily through the church. I developed and lead “The Foundation: Wisdom & Tools to Build A Conscious Marriage” five times per year. This Imago-based workshop is especially suited for committed, engaged, and newly married couples.
I am also an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and integrate that work into my practice.
