With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults, older adolescents, and couples at Livity Wellness. Engaging through a psychodynamic & humanistic lens, my practice also integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness techniques, somatic practices, IFS work and Neurofeedback brain training to address challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, pain and addiction. Leveraging Imago Therapy, Relational Life Therapy (Terry Real’s Groundbreaking Approach) + Gottman-Method principles, we empower clients to build emotional resilience & learn necessary skills to strengthen and revitalize relationships. Serving clients in California, North Carolina, and Colorado through in-person and virtual sessions, our mission is to foster sustainable healing and relational harmony. I also lead 2 day long couples deep-dive immersions in person and online.
