As a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, I have worked with many couples over the years. I also support individuals who are seeking a relationship, navigating a breakup, or struggling within a current one.

Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in familiar relationship patterns and are uncertain how to change them. A common belief I hear is, “Why do I keep attracting the wrong person?” Together, we reframe this question to explore why someone may feel drawn to the “wrong” partner and how these patterns were formed. There is always a reason these dynamics emerge. Through collaborative exploration, we identify the roots of these patterns and develop practical, compassionate ways to interrupt them. When clients feel discouraged or believe that “it will always be this way,” my goal is to help restore hope by increasing insight, self-awareness, and agency—so they can make conscious choices that lead to healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
