With over twenty years of clinical experience, helping others has always been my passion, and is at the core of who I am, personally and professionally. I use a Family Systems and EFT approach in addition to other modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, and Imago. Interventions are collaborative and tailored to address the specific concern(s) of the individual/couple.
