A Certified Imago Relationship Therapist is a licensed mental health professional trained in the Imago model to work with couples and individuals, using Imago techniques to foster deeper connection, empathy, and effective communication. This certification involves intensive coursework, supervised clinical practice, and mastery of Imago dialogue to support relational healing in clinical settings.

Life is a journey, and in an increasingly connected world our ability to find balance may prove to be challenging and increase emotional vulnerabilities. “Down time” becomes less and less due to the pressures of society or of our own negative tapes that we play.

Imago couples therapy helps you talk without criticizing, listen without judging, and connect beyond your differences. It helps you go beneath the surface, past the blame, frustration, and defense, to truly understand what your partner is feeling.

When you argue, it’s not because you don’t care, it’s because you’re trying to be heard and understood. Imago couples therapy gives you the tools to listen, slow down, reflect, and feel truly seen by your partner.

I work with couples in all stages of relationships, from dating to engagement to newlyweds and long-term partnerships. Whether your relationship is monogamous, polyamorous, straight or LGBTQIA+, you’re welcome here.

Also as Postpartum Support International (PSI) certified therapist I recognize becoming a parent means navigating one of life’s most profound shifts. My practice places a dedicated focus on the entire dynamic including paternal mental health.
