Life is a journey, and in an increasingly connected world our ability to find balance may prove to be challenging and increase emotional vulnerabilities. “Down time” becomes less and less due to the pressures of society or of our own negative tapes that we play . My main focus is to reconnect and build a therapeutic relationship in an environment where the individual or couple can work on formulating positive communication, set realistic personal goals, identify patterns of behaviors, and work on exploring past and present struggles. I work with couples in all stages of relationships from dating, to partnership, marriage, or uncertainty of relationship status.
