Dr. Sarah Mandel is a certified Advanced Imago Relationship therapist. She works with couples at any stage of their relationship. Dr. Mandel supports both partners in their efforts to address their issues and provides the skills which helps couples change unhealthy patterns of relating, improve their communication, and strengthen their emotional connection. In addition, Dr. Mandel helps couples navigate all phases of their parenting journey, providing support and practical tools for new parents to empty nesters. She emphasizes a comprehensive approach and provides a supportive environment for her patients that fosters growth and encourages healing to improve all aspects of their well-being and relationships. Dr. Mandel is also a certified EMDR trauma therapist.
