Generations Dialogue Workshop RECORDING

Get a taste of how we safely guide and support parent and adult child pairs, beginning with childhood memories, to discovering and shifting inter-generational patterns, and releasing the old parent/child paradigm by stepping into a more conscious adult-to-adult relationship. In this experiential, introductory workshops for therapists, participants will use a notebook or journal to record their thoughts, feelings, and memories, as this will be a self-reflective experience as well as an informative one.
