Anger in the Relational Paradigm RECORDING

Anger is a universal feeling that often shows up in our offices and in our relationships.  Is it possible to express anger in a way that doesn’t become destructive to the relationship? This course will offer new insights into the evolutionary roots of anger, how it plays out for our clients, and new tools for helping to transform the energy of anger into equally powerful compassion.

After this course, participants will be able to:

• Identify the three fundamental feelings that anger protects us from feeling.
• Describe and understand the evolutionary purposes of anger.
• Detect when and how to intervene when there’s anger in the office.
• Identify your own childhood scripts regarding anger.
