As a licensed mental health therapist and healing advocate for couples and individuals that have experienced traumatic and life-shifting circumstances, I have journeyed with hundreds of beautiful souls to connect with a type of healing that penetrates beyond painful circumstances. Healing is a continual process that can take on various shapes and forms. It can require unique, specialized interventions/practices that will align with the jagged edges belonging to one’s internal ‘broken pieces.’
