As a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, I support couples in transforming conflict into connection. Imago Therapy is based on the understanding that intimate relationships are not accidental — we are often drawn to partners who reflect both the gifts and the wounds of our early childhood experiences.
Rather than seeing conflict as a sign that something is wrong, Imago views it as an opportunity for healing and growth.
Through the structured Imago Dialogue process — including mirroring, validation, and empathy — couples learn to slow down communication, truly hear one another, and create emotional safety. When partners feel deeply heard and understood, defensiveness softens and compassion expands.
