Are you wanting to learn more about your relationship patterns? Sometimes we can have this feeling, whether conscious of repeating patterns or feeling like there is something underneath that we can’t quite pinpoint that is playing out in relationships. Sometimes this looks like having trouble in relationships, or having stuck difficulties within the same relationship.
This workshop is for those in relationship or single that want to learn more about their side of the street, what’s happening or trying to emerge within the conflict and unmet desires. It’s so easy in relationship to point towards the other person and focus on their behaviors and even their historical stuff that seems to be playing out and it is often harder to see our own contribution and if we do, it can be challenging to figure out what to do about it.
We live in a culture that focuses on compatibility, red lights and green lights, boundary Languaging and relationship judgment. We hear about healthy communication techniques and relationship dealbreakers and yet all of that information needs a foundation of knowing the self and the unfinished business that continues to play out. Sometimes there are parts of ourselves trying to grow into a more whole version of ourselves that we wouldn’t even be aware of without partnership. If we can do the work on ourselves we can uplevel our relationships that we’re currently in or uplevel our matches while dating.
