Conflict is growth trying to happen! Let’s approach our life with a curiosity and tenderness to better understand, integrate and heal within relationship. I believe we all want to feel our wholeness, our worth, our value. Sometimes in relationship we become focused too much on the shortcomings and lacking both within the other and ourselves. It is only in feeling and expressing what is happening that we may move through it. I offer a space to let go of the things that hold you back and apart from your each other and yourself and find connection and meaning again. Together, we can move through discomfort and pain to find greater healing and joy.

I have over twenty years of experience working with folks around serious mental health issues, addiction, trauma and suffering. My grounding is in Gestalt, DBT, and now Imago. I bring a wealth of understanding and deep sense of compassion to my work. I also love to play and bring light and joy into my work. I believe that the work we do in therapy is sacred and meaningful and therefore worth the discomfort it may bring. I hope we can explore your healing together.
