This workshop is a good fit for couples in many stages of relationships, whether you are preparing for the next stage in commitment, looking to strengthen an already healthy relationship or struggling with conflict and connection.
We will be teaching you a new way to talk and listen where connection lies, to deeply hear and be heard and allow for the opportunity to explore conflict in a different light. You will also learn about the purpose of conflict, identifying wounds that are trying to heal, parts of the self that are trying to grow into their full potential and new ways of being a team amidst conflict, difference and to create love and joy.
