I’m a Contemplative psychotherapist and active relationship coach. I’m passionate about holistic wellbeing. With over thirty years of experience, my pursuit of holistic heart health includes overcoming addictions, rekindling relationships, and contemplating a more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.

The truth and beauty of intentional dialogue provides the structure couples crave to communicate in new ways and with fresh respect. I guide partners through the deep work of reconnection and regeneration.

Living in Hawai’i allows me to offer retreats with couples, including my Revive and Reveal Playshop, in one of the most beautiful and healing places on the planet. It’s possible to reimagine your relationships as more fulfilling, enlightening, and joyful than you knew was possible.

My clinical psychological training is in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University. Additionally, I’ve trained as a nationally certified addiction’s counselor, a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist & Certified Imago Parent Coach. I’m currently a relationship doula offering coaching services for clients who are beyond looking just to survive and who are committed to thrive and uplight their relationships and the world.
